7. Remote Support Sessions service is subject to the availability and discretion of Smart Choice Computer Solutions. Limited to availability during regular business hours Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm EST. Covers brief helpdesk questions that are not already included as a part of other services provided by Smart Choice Computer Solutions. Service availability can vary depending on staff availability. Does not include training session help. Service may not always be available. Does not include after-hours support.
8. All services provided are at the discretion of Smart Choice Computer Solutions.
9. All sales of service package are final. No partial or whole refunds.
10. Smart Choice reserves the right to offer or exclude any customers from the Smart Shield Program at the company's discretion.
11. Priority Service prioritizes position in the service queue. Does not guarantee faster turn-around time for service. Available at the discretion of Smart Choice Computer Solutions. May be subject to unavailability. Does not prioritize customer in front-counter line.
12. Smart Shield does not prevent viruses, malware, or other malicious attacks on the customers device. Smart Shield exists to provide an education opportunity and protection for the buyer. The Smart Shield product is not insurance. Smart Shield does not prevent financial loss and Smart Choice Computer Solutions cannot be held liable for financial loss.
13. Add-Ons Available for Smart Shield are as follows: (1.) Additional Avast Licenses $24.99 each (2.) Additional PC Tune-Up $74.99 each. Add-ons must be purchased at time of subscription purchase. Later purchases are only eligible for discounts as listed in the terms and conditions.
14. Add-Ons Available for Smart Shield+ are as follows: (1.) Additional Avast Licenses $24.99 each (2.) Additional PC Tune-Up $74.99 each (3.) add an additional training session (one hour) $74.99. Add-ons must be purchased at time of subscription purchase. Later purchases are only eligible for discounts as listed in the terms and conditions.
15. Smart Choice Computer Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions without notice and at our discretion.
16. Add-on Smart Backup Service includes up to a 256GB Flash Drive, additional storage may be necessary and would be subject to additional cost if extra storage space is needed. Smart Choice Computer Solutions does not store any customer data and is not responsible for any lost or stolen data, all responsibility is upon the customer for retention of the storage device. The Smart Backup Service provides quarterly (up to 4 times per year, without rollover) backups of a customer's user profile. Add-on available for $49.99 for either subscription package.
